Yes. Accepted health insurance: Aetna, Oscar, Oxford, and UHC.
Although there are benefits to being an insured person, insurance companies have specific requirements that can limit your care. They can state the frequency in which you may attend appointments, how long you can seek therapy and decide whether or not you need therapy based on a diagnosis.
Ashley also works directly with clients who want therapy without these barriers. This helps break the stigma of seeking help; you do not need a diagnosis in order to be in therapy, seek assistance with relationships, etc.

Out of pocket means that you have the option of paying for services yourself. Your insurance company will not be able to create hurdles for you to stay in therapy as long as you need.
Self-pay rates can be discussed during your initial consult if you do not wish to use your insurance.

Professional help is an investment. The therapist’s rates are comparable to licensed professionals with terminal degrees in the state of New York.
